Icetrout- You 8767 re obviously a very mad, ignorant, strange soul by making such absorb comments. You need to get a therapist ASAP otherwise you 8767 re gonna go more physco by the min. . this is are facts don 8767 t take it personal.
Dear Freesound community, We would like to give you an update about the current situation of Freesound funding and to get your feedback about some of our future plans regarding its sustainability. Be prepared for a rather long read 😉 Continue reading Read Full Entry

Creatine levels in the blood tend to return to baseline (after a loading with or without the maintenance phase) after 78 days without creatine supplementation. This number may vary slightly from one individual to another, and for some may exceed 85 days. Assuming an elimination rate of creatinine (creatine&rsquo s metabolite) at per day, six weeks of cessation is approaching the upper limit for serum creatine to completely return to baseline.
The body breaks down caffeine to get rid of it. Estrogens can decrease how quickly the body breaks down caffeine. Taking caffeine along with estrogens might cause jitteriness, headache, fast heartbeat, and other side effects. If you take estrogens limit your caffeine intake.
Some estrogen pills include conjugated equine estrogens (Premarin), ethinyl estradiol, estradiol, and others.
In muscle cells, the creatine transporter is predominantly localized to the sarcolemmal membrane. Western blot analysis of creatine transporter expression revealed the presence of two distinc protein bands, migrating at 55kDa and 75kDa on reducing SDS-PAGE gels. The 78kDa band has been reported to be the predominant band in humans, with no differences based on gender. A more recent report demonstrated that the 55kDa creatine transporter variant is glycosylated, forming the 78 kDa protein. Therefore, the 55 and 75kDa protein bands are actually immature and mature/processed forms of the creatine transporter protein, respectively.
Whether non-nutritive sweeteners are safe depends on your definition of safe. Studies leading to FDA approval have ruled out cancer risk, for the most part. However, those studies were done using far smaller amounts of diet soda than the 79 ounces a day consumed by many people who drink diet soda. We really don 8767 t know what effect large amounts of these chemicals will have over many years.
In regard to genetic damage, creatine has been shown in vitro to reduce mitochondrial DNA damage, secondary to buffering stores of ATP. ATP depletion preceded genetic damage to mitochondrial DNA. This reduction of oxidative DNA damage has been noted in vivo following a short loading period in people who exercise.
Serum catecholamines during sleep deprivation and prior to sleep deprivation (after creatine loading) are unaltered with creatine supplementation, relative to placebo.
Erythrocytic creatine is normally enhanced in instances of splenomegaly or pulmonary arterial hypertension, but it is unaffected by hyperthyroidism, a condition known to be associated with low mean corpuscular volume.
8775 While they are not magic bullets, smart use of non-nutritive sweeteners could help you reduce added sugars in your diet, therefore lowering the number of calories you eat. Reducing calories could help you attain and maintain a healthy body weight, and thereby lower your risk of heart disease and diabetes, 8776 said Dr. Christopher Gardner, an associate professor of medicine at Stanford University in California, in a press release accompanying the scientific statement.
Gas (intestinal gas) means different things to different people. Everyone has gas and eliminates it by belching, burping, or farting (flatulence). Bloating or abdominal distension is a subjective feeling that the stomach is larger or fuller than normal. Belching or burping occurs when gas is expelled from the stomach out through the mouth. Flatulence or farting occurs when intestinal gas is passed from the anus.
